SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Montciel.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

During product launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Should a significant delay occur, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable free shipping promotions will be automatically applied during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Canada: 2–7 business days

United States: 4–8 business days

International: Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Montciel is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, strikes, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at montciel.co@gmail.com.

While we will make reasonable efforts to update your shipping information before your order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

Montciel is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to Montciel due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Montciel has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable import laws and regulations within their country.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.

Montciel is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We encourage customers to ship to a secure location and monitor tracking information closely.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing montciel.co@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to process your claim.

Pre-Orders

If an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page.

Shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, production, or shipping delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

Force Majeure

Montciel shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill shipping obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, government action, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
